How does RE:match compare to agent fees?

How does RE:match compare to traditional property portals?
Rightmove Commercial, CoStar/LoopNet and OnTheMarket Commercial all charge to list — but none of them publish their rates, and none let a landlord list directly. Pricing is bespoke, typically scales with branch count or portfolio size, and you only find out after a sales call. RE:match is the opposite: any landlord or agent can list directly, at one flat published rate.

On Rightmove Commercial in particular, a landlord without an in-house agent has to pay an agent to get listed at all — the agent's subscription cost plus their commission, stacked on top of each other. RE:match removes that layer: list directly, at a flat published price, with no agent required.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
Is there a free trial?
Everyone gets free, unlimited access for the first 6 months. After that, non-subscribers can still browse and submit properties for free, with up to 3 submissions per month — a subscription removes that limit and unlocks saved search alerts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes — upgrade at any time from the billing portal and we'll prorate the difference.
