We are seeking a site for the first Jacob’s Bagels Drive-Thru. Ideally around 1 acre, although larger sites will be considered where the location and price are suitable. We are looking for a prominent roadside location with good visibility, strong passing traffic and straightforward vehicle access and egress. Our preference is for an already developed site with tarmac, concrete or substantial hardstanding, with sufficient space for a standalone food and drink building, customer parking, vehicle circulation and four covered drive-thru collection bays. Existing roadside commercial sites, former pubs, restaurants, cafés, petrol station sites and similar properties with substantial parking or land are also of interest. Electricity and mains water are required. Mains drainage is preferred, although an existing suitable treatment plant would be considered. Existing food and drink or suitable commercial planning use is preferred, although sites requiring planning or change of use will be considered. Freehold and leasehold opportunities will be considered.
