Full description

We are looking for a vacant or currently unused historic building in Wiltshire/Somerset whose owner would consider allowing us to care for and monitor the property. With the owner's permission, we would be willing to regularly visit the property, keep accessible areas clean and tidy, report damage or deterioration, clear agreed rubbish/vegetation and undertake only minor maintenance specifically authorised by the owner. In return, we would like permission to conduct paranormal investigations in areas that have been confirmed as safe. Our aim isn't to alter or take over the building, but to help look after an otherwise unused property and potentially give it a new purpose while preserving its history. Longer term, if appropriate and with the owner's agreement, we would be interested in holding small, controlled paranormal investigation evenings, with an arrangement that could contribute towards the building's upkeep. We would be happy to discuss insurance, risk assessments, access restrictions and a written agreement so the owner remains fully protected
